I'll tell you a little story about my little thing with my female friend. She and I talked on the phone alot and i mean hours on end conversations. I'm pretty sure she already knew, but she was waiting for me to tell her. Anyways, long story short, I told her while we were on the phone one day that I had a big secret to tell her. She joked that I had a crush on her, which I stifled almost immediately and followed it up with a surprisingly well delivered "i'm gay." She took it very well and told me that she pretty much already knew and was just waiting for me to tell her. Granted, she is one of the most open minded and nicest person you could ever meet, but if your friend is REALLY a friend, then she'll have absolutely no problems with you being gay.

If she is a true friend then she will respect you and nothing will change. I just told my best friend recently who is a guy, I just told him how much I respected our friendship and I needed to tell him something that i felt I was lying about. When I told him he said "Thats it, I don't care." We are even closer friends now.

That is stupid if she's your FRIEND will you sexuality matter. But if she leaves I'm sorry but if that's truly your friend your lying by omission and that;s not fair to her. My best friend is gay, and i appreciate him for his honesty, we are still friends. I think you worry to much but in the end i think you know your friend better then i do. Hoe w do you think she will react?

just come out and tell her and if she is your true friend then she will still be your friend, its your life and you live it the way you choose, not by what others choose for you. be yourself and dont let anyone put you down for the way you choose to live your life. more than likely she already knows and is just waiting for you to come out about it.

Say "Jane, I'm gay." If she's your friend she might be a little surprised and akward at first but'll accept you for who you are.

If she is your true friend it wont matter, and she will love you for who you are, it's better to tell her sooner than later!
