There is no such thing as an inexpensive good one. The less you pay, the less experience the surgeon and the quality of the work.

If this is really that important to the two of you, then consider selling a car or taking out a second mortgage on the house. If those are not possible, then start saving.

There is a company in the US called 1-800-beyourbest....if you good that it will come up! They are in the back of Cosmo all the time to.

I am using them and pretty much you put 1/2 down and then you make payments through them. ALso there prices are cheaper. You might qualify for a less then 1/2 down but I have bad credit and everyone qualifys for atleast 1/2 down:-) you just have to have a checking account.

Also they have tons and tons of doctors to choose from

If you don't have a lot of money, then you're probably not going to get a good one. If you really want to get it done, I would save up lots of money beforehand.

Once you get the money, do lots and lots of research on the web; also, ask her doctor if he or she can recommend a few places. When you find a doctor, ask them to show you their credentials, and make sure they explain both the benefits AND the risks of surgery. If they assure you that "nothing can go wrong," that's not a good sign. Ask them if you can possibly get in touch with other patients who have had the same procedure, and ask them how satisfied they are with it. Don't agree to anything unless you're absolutely sure.

Hope that helps.

Search the internet for plastic surgeons in your area. Call each one and schedule consultations. Consultations usually cost money, but some surgeons do it for free. You should see 3 - 5 doctors. Ask to see the doctor's past work as well as his credentials. Check those credentials with the proper affiliation to verify that is true.

Best of luck.

financing.. Most plastic surgery practices have some sort of payment plan.. Or you could hope for a buy one, get on sale.. Should lead to some pretty funny household finance discussions.

" Honey , did you pay the boob bill?"

I am sure a lot of people have this problem i would suggest that when you start looking for a good surgeon that you see if they have an installment plan for you to pay for the surgery.

Research the qualifications of surgeons in your area. Most people think that breast implants last a lifetime, but that is not true in most cases. A surgeon with a higher success rate may cost more initially, but it may save a lifetime of health problems, and financial burdens. Ultimately, its worth the wait to save for the doctor who is right for you.

Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.

my cousin got a couple of plastic surgery including breast enhancement procedures through the forerunners healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA.hope this helps.

If you want her surgery to be safe and well-done, you're going to have to pay quite a bit of money. You get what you pay for.

Also, maybe instead of surgery, she should work on her self-esteem. It probably doesn't help her when you call her breasts "tiny".

If she has a baby big boobs will be free - temporary - but free. Then she can see if the boobs really help her self image and make some final decisions. The baby however, will end up sucking you both completely dry, and the boobs won't be an issue anymore.
