You must be a real bright one DF6. Of course he can't get pregnant. I guess I should have directed the question to intelligent people only.

Figure it takes about two weeks to really get all the drugs out of his system. It has a half-life of up to 2 1/2 days. Five half-lives are usually enough to say it's out, for a total of 12 1/2 days. (This according to Dr. Thomas Hale, an expert in pharmacology.)
It takes up to 2 1/2 months (72 days, but let's round it) for individual sperm to be produced. (According to Toni Weschler, a fertility expert.) I'd say 3 months after he stopped, he'll have recovered whatever fertility he's going to get.

Intelligent people??? Well, the way you word the question is not intelligent. DF6 was merely answering the question the way he or she read it. Had you said something like "how long could it take US to get pregnant" would have made it clearer. Given the weirdness of a lot of the questions on this site, it would not surprise me if someone wanted to know if a man could get pregnant.
On to your question, I know of no studies that connect marijuana smoking to paternity. I have a lot of friends who are habitual smokers who have fathered 5 or more children. I know women who have smoked and have given birth to children. I do recommend that you see a Gynecologist or research this site for more factual information.
Good luck, I do hope everything works in your favor. I just hope the child doesn't inherit your command of the English language.

Well if that is the problem it could depend on how long he smoked it for and how much...Marijuana stays in the system a long time...some say it can stay for up to 3 months for the system to clean itself..

Pregnancy takes time My sis in law got preggers when her man was on MJ so I guess everyone is diff,just take your time enjoy the whole baby making expierence and before you know it you will be holding a baby in your arms not even remembering what it took for them to get there ... I swear my husband smoked pot the entire time while we were trying and i got pregnant.
I really think that has nothing to do with it.
Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.
Pot stays in your system for 30 days
