Philippines is a very poor country. Most of the woman doing it would rather be doing something else, but since there is very little work there is not choice.

In other of the world gossipiningis common not because there is not work they gossip, in entertainment business in most countries they gossip a lot to make it big time.
I just know that you have join the wrong group of people that they gossip about you, being not there would take chance to keep your own privacy.
