I'm having trouble getting over my box when en pointe. My arches are pretty muscular. Any suggestions or exercises someone could recommend?

Releves and petits ronds de jambe could help.

Take two hands to the barre. Releve up on pointe in first position. Bend your knees (like demi plie on pointe) and allow your shoes to go over the boxes. This will allow your shoe to bend to your arch and then hold your feet there as you try and straighten your legs. If you allow a shoe to "kick back" on you there isn't much you can do. Always do this as soon as you get a new pair of shoes and you will "train" your shoes from the beginning. Once you straighten up, stay there so your brain knows where you need to be. Lower down and repeat!

Consistent plié's (when dipping, brush the ground with your fingers when you you bend then straighten) helped me with my balance and kept my toes from locking up whenever I practiced pointe. Just turn on some of your favorite music and find a comfortable pace and just do some of those.

There are great items available, check out these two from dance distributors, the chinerina foot stretcher, and the elastic bands. Both work extremely well...

Jogging, swimming, workout...
Know what??
Pick up some martial art like Taekwondo...
might help you to STRENGTHEN both legs...
and some other aspect such as balance, agile, and a lil' reflex...

Hmm~
you place this in dancing category...
Strengthening to dance better...?
Then i guess the best way is to stretch, stretch and stretch...
