well what i do is get in the tub in areally warm bath. buy some relaxing beads, but the good ones not the cheap ones and put them in there. after lay down on any comfortable surface mine is my couch get an warming pad and just put it on your stomach or newhere else that hurts
no coffe chocolate sugar or too much caffeine
it will heighten the feeling of PMS

Midol & Sleep...Also if you have a heating pad that will help as well if you don't have a heating pad put a towel in hot water and put it on your belly it helps.Another thing is SleepyTime Tea it helps they have Tea for PMS believe it or not it truly works

use vitiman b-12 every day then midol when you start that should take care of the problem..

i just got over it all my friends know to say away from me i probably would kill them i dont think there is a cure but i know chocolate kinda of helps me i eat snickers
