You can file a per se divorce. You fill out all of the forms yourself. You can download them off of your county clerk's website. Once they are filled out you have your spouse sign them as no contest. You file them with the court and they will set a court date of 60 days later. Once that happens, you will be instructed before your hearing to speak with a court appointed attorney who reviews your paperwork (at no charge) before appearing before the judge.
My ex and I did this as we had no children or assets to divide. It is great if you are able to be civil and you can agree on the division of the property that you currently both possess.

Go to the book store, like barnes and noble, and find the do it yourself divorce. It has everything you need and it will be especially easy because you have no kids or property. The book has all the facts for each state, because they are all different. Then you print out the documents and file with the courts. Its a done deal.

The most inexpensive way requires both spouses to want the divorce and agree to the terms. Then there are places to go or paralegals to just do the paperwork, etc, but not give legal advice.
If either one of your wants to dispute something, an attorney for each will be the next step. Then it gets expensive. And depending how much you want to dispute a term, it can continue to rise in cost.

Most states have no fault divorce or disilusionment. You use only one lawyer as you are" agreed" before your hearing. Some people have even filed their own motions, but you need to have some knowledge of court proceedings.

In Arizona, there is a place to go called WE THE PEOPLE.
It's about 75% cheaper, if they can help.
