ive been using a 7c , and i went to a 5c, and i dont see alot of difference, a little in the high range,but not much. im working on my scream pieces, what should i try?

Let me preference this by saying: Your mouthpiece is not going to help you play high notes easier. You will have to practice hard to be able to play high notes correctly. Different Mouthpiece sizes can however, change the tonality of the notes in different frequency ranges. I play on a 3C because I like the dark tone and it responds to middle and low notes better versus a 7C moutpiece. You are probably looking for a smaller cup than a 7C, so you should try a 10C. But remember, a smaller cup means that your flexibility is limited.
