I have exactly the opposite problem. I can send all the email I want, but whenever anyone tries to send one to me, they get failure notice. Even if they push reply to the message I sent out, it still doesn't come back.

I went to the help feature on the email page and answered their questions and sent a copy of the failure notice, but nothing changed. I hope it works out better for you.

You need to provide more detailed information like the the contents of the failure notice message.
Can you send e-mails to anyone else?

Some possibilities
1) The e-mail address is mistyped or doesn't exist anymore
2) Your e-mail is not setup correctly
3) Your e-mail is rejected as SPAM due to contents.
4) The recipients mailbox is full
etc. etc

make sure the address is correct nad in the right format ie trikyrickk@yahoo.com not tr-ikyrickk@,yahoo.com.
also check the damin name is correct or if the account is still active sometimes people switch email providers anddo not update friends n family and you will get the error message because the mail cant be delivered if the address is no longer valid. hope that helps

What e-mail program are you using? The set up is different for each.
