think it would sound good....I really want a tele and have this marshall that worked fine for my korean made Dean.....

Sure why not! You didn't mention about pickups - you can get a tele with single coils or that "HH" version with the humbuckers. One of the differences is going to be that with single coil pickups combined with a Marshall's more gain-y radiant sound , your likely to hear a more noticeable level of the common 60 cycle hum associated with single coils, then again - you can always run some kind of noise gate, and that usually fixes most of that. I'd go for it though..

Fenders sound great through Marshall Amps...I can't see it not sounding good through a Valvestate!

it should sound good but see if you can test a tele on a marshall and see if you like the sound
