I think you are to young to be so serious. Someday you will laugh at the fact that you thought you loved this guy! (just like I did!) He obviously is not ready to be in love, but if he is 13 too than maybe he just knows that he is way to young to be in love. This is the time to have fun. You have the rest of your life to be in love. Telling someone you love them does not guarantee they love you back, or that it will ever turn into a lifetime relationship. All it does is make things more complicated at your age.

Girl, you are only thirteen. Trust me, you won't love him forever. Are you planning on marrying him? You still have more than half a childhood to grow up. If you ask me, I'm pretty skeptical that you truly "luv" him.

Obviously he doesn't love you if he can't say it. Or he may feel uncomfortable. I know it may seem like a big deal now, but you are very young, and you have your whole life to be in love! Just have fun, and meet other guys. He may come around if he knows you are interested in someone else. Guys get jealous.

Depending on how old he is you should move on. You are young and have your whole life a head of you. Don't wait around for someone who acts or maybe doesn't even feel the same about you
