get one or two filets of salmon
preheat oven to 150 degrees
cook for about 30 mins
you could also fry some veggies like peppers, tomatos, onions, etc in a pan with some olive oil to go along with the salmon

One of my easy, no fuss, tired after coming home from work faves:
Package of chicken pieces, thawed. Lay them in a casserole dish or pan. spoon a can of cream of mushroom soup on top, straight out of the can. put in a half can of water in the bottom of the dish and cook in the oven one hour at about 350 degrees. Yum, tasty. for fun, try sprinkling some crumble corn flakes on top of the mushroom soup before cooking, or crushed cheerio. For variety substitute a bit of orange juice for the water.

Grilled chicken and rice. get the chicken breast already cut and skinned and buy a 90 second uncle bens microwavable rice for retarts(comes in pouch). You cant mess that up if you try. Even it out with a salad, you can even buy that in a bag now!

Brown Onions, greenpepers, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil. When brown add a half pound of ground beef (good) or sausage (better) and brown. Start water boiling in different pot. Add Tomato sause to your beef/sausage unil it just covers it then turn heat down to simmer. When water begins to boil add noodles of your choice. When they taste right and are soft, strain and add to sauce and serve.
