i have tried everything and no success.

The same way that bleeching is done. I know it may sound ridiculous, you can try these:
(1) Get some milk powder, and add water, and apply to darkened area.
(2) Get water and add to toothpaste, which must contain Fluoride. Fluoride aids in withening certain surfaces.
(3) Get bleeching cream to lighten the areas
(4) Go for Noxzema, or a Fluoride based cream

Have you tried lemons? If not, get a ripe lemon, cut it in half, then rub each half on both elbows and even let your elbows sit and soak in the lemon halves for like 20 minutes. You may need to repeat this several times, but I've heard it really does lighten the darkened skin.

LOTS of CREAM I had really dry elbows and i put it on after i took showers and when i woke up and when i went to bed ! it worked!
( I know this sounds weird but also you can use face moisturizer!)

get one of those scratch thing people get for there feet soak in the tub for while then scrub on them dont scrum to hard or to long at one time because it will make your elbows really sore

dont lean on them. Also, try moisturizing cream, that should help.
