Leg cramps may be coming from a temporary low in your blood sugar. You may want to keep a diary as to when they are occurring - time of day, time of month type of thing.

Are you doing the small snacks inbetween meal thing to keep your blood sugar low and level? That helps.

If this can be a dehydration or lack of electrolytes drawback, sure to the bananas and orange juice too. I am on blood stress meds and am intended to do no less than a type of and ideally each everyday. There are different factors for cramping that are meant to be tended to through a legitimate if hydration and the bananas and/or orange juice do not aid. Hydration does NOT comprise alcoholic or caffeinated beverages when you consider that they're diuretics and motive a lack of electrolytes.

Load up on a good calcium supplement, take it before going to bed. This works for me. It is best to take it ongoing and not as a temporary treatment.
