Tint that comes off was installed improperly to begin with so best is to start over fresh.
To save other windows from peeling, you can use clear fingernail polish on the edges to seal it down from getting peeled back.
I would not recommend this to actually seal back down a section, only the very edge.
Have a professional tint company tint your windows. They use a professional grade tint that is warrantied. The cheap stuff you buy from auto stores is just that, cheap stuff. It will turn purple in a year, peel, bubble, turn hazy, etc.
A basic good tint job for all windows should be at least $100 if the person is professional.
To the guy who said use a heat gun.....I sure hope he hasn't tried this as it will melt the tint into a wad and make one smelly mess in your car. Not to mention you risk melting trim, fabric, leather, plastic, rear window defroster, etc.

Just start with one of the bubbles and keep on peeling. Next time go to a place that really specializes in quality windo tint.
