I can't be certain, but I would hazard a guess that it might be an otter.

Otters often swim with their legs tucked up against their body, making them appear to be almost serpent-like as they twist and roll through the water.

oh...What a splendid question! My friends and I also had the same experiences when camping in the remote area.Were you scared at that time? I were,very much! I only saw its mouth--huge and horrible! I was eating a hot dog my mum made on our boat and was stunned by what I saw. I threw the half-eaten hot dog and we flee away as quickly as we could!
The world is full of wonders of misty.
There are also stories about the water creatures known to the locals in Lake Tahoe, California
the large serpentine creature that haunts Lake Erie in the USA and Canada, has been sighted numerous times;
and the strange creature of the Irish lakes is the Doha-Chu of Lough Mask.
Of course we should not lie all our thoughts on our imagination, we should believe that something usual do exist,yeah? --Not to frighten people or make up stories to please the majority,but to research,explore in the human unknown area.
You agree?Hope you enjoy it and visit this
