That answer varies around the world! I've known of people as young as 9 marrying & having babies right away! This is not all that common anymore.

Yes, it depends on the state you live in. Some states even allow marriage as young as 14, if the girl is pregnant. Your parents have to consent as well if you are younger than 17 or 18, again depending on the state.

It depends... if you had a love marriage, then anytime.. including immediately. However, if you didn't really know the person you are married to, then maybe you want to wait until you actually know them before rushing into things... one party may not be comfortable with it... The best thing to do is to talk to your spouse about it.. Cause not having it may make the other feel neglected, but having it too soon, may not be so comfortable either.
