need more info on registry errors?

FIRST OF ALL I EMAILED EARLIER AND ASKED A QUESTION ABOUT REGISTRY ERRORS BUT HP TECH SUPPORT DOESNT REALLY GIVE ME THE EXACT ANSWERS I WANT. ONE BEING DO REGISTRY ERRORS COME FROM CORRUPTED WINDOWS FILES ONLY AND WHAT CAUSES THIS PROBLEM ALSO IF YOU HAVE A HIGHER SERVICE PACK LIKE SERVICE PACK 6 DOES THIS MAKE A DIFFERENCE OR THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS ISSUE.

no, not only corrupted files, but also dead entries, orphaned entries, and many other things.

Can't he,p with the other part about the svc packs, don't know what OS you have, you need to mention it
