You will probably have to get it online, unless you can get a video store to order it for you.
The story is a pretty bad one. It is based on a true story where this one rich kid abuses all his friends and they end up killing him. It stars Brad Renfro, Rachel Miner, Michael Pitt, and Bijou Phillips
