Actually, its not Cricket, it's the phone you chose. Get another phone. There are several you can get that work with Cricket. If your phone isn't picking up the signal well enough to ring all the time, let them know, your phone may be defective. I've had Cricket before (in Utah) and it worked great! I miss it here in Washington, it was cheap and worked wonderfully.

I have cricket and it has always worked great for me. I've never had any problems with it, i love it cuz its cheap, and i don't have to count minutes, and i can cancel my plan anytime without and charges. sorry, that really sucks for you.
