I don't know anything about making them grow, but you can try using a brow liner or pencil to try to stencil in some more shape and coloring.

I assume this is expensive, but I saw on the Tyra Show one girl who had the same problem, anyway, this doctor who did hair transplants specalized in eyebrows. He took some hairs from the back of her neck and put them on her eyebrows. Sounds painful to me. Or it might be easier to get some of that longer,thicker, stronger shampoo and wash your eyebrows gently with it.

I've heard you can use Rogaine for women, but you have to be careful not to get it in your eyes. There are probably products out there you can buy to thicken up your eyebrows. Do some research.

I was once told by a cosmetologist that your eyebrows can not regrow. I hope it is not true for your sake though!
