anything not irritating to make skin worse like harsh chemicals. retinol may be to some -tea tree oil is good for natural and antiseptic .. acne is bacteria remember that to keep it clean pillow cases nightly wash cloths no perfumed lotions cetaphil cleanser acne is infection in epidermis that spreads. take vit a and zinc as well

well i fell out of a go cart and totally killed my leg and i got a huge scar...i used Merdema skin care for scars and it worked pretty well...but for acne try Proactive it works wonders for my brother!!

the Vitamin C line in The Body Shop is said to work great. the Vit C Plus Time Release Capsules is their best. i'm planning to buy it myself
