umm u could repair it i rekon
my friend acidently dropped her phone in the toilet BEFORE she flushed it and so shef reaked out. she flushed the toilet got the phone and then WASHED it under water! lolz it was so funny then after she dryed it it still worked so i think yours will work fine

If it doesn't work now it probably won't and taking it to get repaired will cost you a s**t load. Buy a new one. Although I did have a kyocera that got left outside during a down-pour and the next day the screen was all screwed up, but a few days later it went back to normal but it continued to have glitches here and there and i ended up getting a new one.

i don't think the service center can repair the cell phone... since all the functions are going to messed up. and highly doubt that the cell phone will revive after in the water...
i would just go buy a new one.. and try not to drop the new cell in the water agian! ;) good luck!

They probably won't repair it even if you have insurance, most places don't cover water damage. There's a strip on the battery that they'll get to and it turns pink or some other color than white if it's been water damaged, so they'll be able to tell...
