You're dealing with electricity and current interrupting.
You'd be best to call an electrician even though it is only one breaker.
It may be an opportunity to upgrade to a higher amperage which means you can have more electronic stuff in your house.

I'm not sure what you mean by broke. If the breaker is bad, it is easy to replace. First turn off the power to the panel. There is either a main breaker outside or at the top of your panel. Use some type of voltmeter to verify that the power is off.
Your old breaker will simply pull out of the panel. The breaker attaches to the panel down the side and snaps onto the buss bar down the center. To remove the breaker, put your finger on the on / off handle and pull away from the center of the panel. Insert your new breaker and attach the wire. Turn on the power and test the circuit.
If your breaker is just tripping and will not stay on, then you have another problem. There is a short somewhere in the circuit. I can help you solve this problem as well if you describe to me what is happening.

Breakers are not that tough to replace, but because of the amount of electricity in the breaker box, it's pretty dangerous if you don't know what you doing. Also you didn't really define "broke". If you mean you close the breaker switch and it immediately pops back open, then you may have a short on that circuit or a device drawing too much power. If the circuit is dead even with the breaker closed, then you will probably have to replace the breaker.

I'd call an electrician. It could be it's not working because of bad wiring or another problem in the wall. The money spent on an electrician could save you and your family from a house fire.

Get a licensed electrician - that is not something you should do yourself unless you know a lot about wiring because you can easily either burn the whole thing out or electrocute yourself accidentally.
