You will probably need to paint the blocks, using a wire brush clean your walls, use a primer first and then a latex. If you have a farm and ranch store in your area, purchase some small alfalfa cubes and place them around the room. They will do a great job absorbing the Odor, discard them in about one week. You may need to repeat this twice.
Good luck bats are really stinky!
God Bless

I'd propose drilling a pilot gap via the wall first (a million/four" diameter). Then use a diamond bit gap noticed (anything diameter is wanted) and drill a million/two midway from all sides. This will hinder the block from flaking or busting out, in particular at the completed aspect. It additionally prevents the heavy piece from potentially falling and unsafe anything. Drill bits will reduce via masonry and metal, so there should not be a challenge if there isn't a electric wires or plumbing pipes in that distinct position.

Some vinegar in a large spray bottle. Liberally spray everything you can get to. when the vinegar drys it's smell will go away and so will the bat sh*t smell. Vinegar is fairly cheep so use it by the gallon. you can also use a pump sprayer. You can also use bleach in a pump sprayer, bleach is also a good disinfectant. Use it carefully though, a half and half ( 0ne to One) mixture works best soak all the do-do you can get to with what ever you use, and whichever you use, use a respirator.

Moth Balls will mask the smell, but to eliminate it altogether....Hmmmm....I guess you would have to scrub the whole attic or any surfaces exposed to the smell in the first place.
