Probably,
I don't know if they are walking talking aliens, but I wouldn't be surprised to find out there are other forms of life that didn't start in our solar system.
After all, there are billions and billions of solar systems. Are we so self-absorbed /self-involved that we think this could only happen to us.

well, my answer will probably open u a new dimension i your thinking about the 'aliens'. well, in movies we see the alien are more or less like us. with legs, arms teeth.....etc. scientists say that the conditions on the earth are unque for life to have evolved. i agree. but what if the conditions on some other planet are unque but different that those on earth, and similary, life there too exists but is different, much different than that on earth!!
i mean to say that we are hydrocarbons, no doubt. but there are chances that intelligence exists and it is a combination of different materials, maybe even metals or radioactive substances. we are just chemicals, our brain is also a substance and the thinking that we do secretes some chemicals that affect the way we act, right? so there are definate chances that there some other chemicals which can act the same way these chemicals act in our body. and in such a case the life would be wuite different than that on earth.
well, i hope u do agree with me after reading what i think is the right coclusion on this topic.
take care, bye!

I think that they probably do. The known universe contains a billion billion suns. That's a LOT of real estate. It would seem kind of incredible that we are the only intelligent life form anywhere.

BELIEVE, NO. Also, the probability is quite low, despite mathematics. You see, conditions here on earth are rather unique.
