i really dont know how to make your uniform cute that is a hard one sorry

Honey, shorten the skirt about 3 or 4 cm! :)
Works real wonders.
But it's hard to say what to do best, without seeing an example actually. Maybe it's already cutier than youself find it.

Make the collared shirt a little small. And leave the top unbuttoned enough to show some skin, but not to much. other than that accessorise is the key. Great shoes are a nessesity and either a great pair of earings or a neckalace, not both though, you dont want to over do it.

Even if the uniform is ugly, you are a cutie-pie. Everyone will be dressed the same so your pretty face will stand out. Maybe you can wear ribbons in your hair or cute shoes with colored socks.

Heals or Marry Jane's with ankle socks, with frills. I still think my Navy Blue plaid uniform was pretty bad. Try Jewelry, and different ways to where your hair. Clarie's has 10-15 items for $5.00 occasionally.

Take it to a taylor and have it taylored to fit you to a tee. A great pair of shoes and a good attitued worn with a smile would take your uniform a long way. Good luck
