I have Yahoo Pop-up Blocker and it is on. "Best Offers" are annoying advertisments which when they pop up I can not take any key actions untill I close the window. Frustrating to say the least.

go to download.com
then download adadware
then spybot search and destroy
counterspy
and mcafee antivirus
run scans with all of them

That is spyware try to unistall programs on your compute that you do not recall installing because that is software registered on your computer running if it is availbe to beat the blocker.

use lavasoft adaware spysweeper. its what road runner uses.. also use your microsoft blocker as well set your internet security on med high range in interenet tool options.. under security. do nto load the pop up stoppers on line for free they actually add to it !!
