How do I remove a worm virus from my userint.exe file?

I have a good anti virus program, but it can't quarantine or remove a worm virus called worm_sdbot.cl from my userinit.exe file. How can I get rid of it without wrecking my system?

go in through safe mode and remove it manually from your C-program file- and the specific file you are looking for.

while you are at it, write down all of the stuff norton doesnt catch, and delete it while you are in safe mode.
