This may sound strange, but bear with me: It was the first time I made her cry.

I've always been the "class clown" in just about every situation...making people laugh has always come natural to me. Unfortunately it also can keep people emotionally unattached...they see me make jokes at everything and believe that nothing truly touches me.

Once when we were dating, she asked me why everything had to be a joke with me...why couldn't I ever be serious. I took that as a challenge and gave her a little glimpse into my childhood...a few stories in, she began to cry.

That was something completely different to me...no one I had ever known had shed a tear for me. It was at that point I realized that she honestly cared for me and that I could open myself up to her...it's amazing how truly liberating that is! It changed my whole life! I gave her my heart and soul that day, and they will be her's until the end of time!

I knew the first time we saw each other. I actually told one of my friends that I was going to marry him, and she laughed.

We actually saw her the other day. When I told her we've been married for 5 years now, she about fell over! LOL She couldn't believe it!

I think that the something special was just KNOWING without a doubt, that he was the one.

We met, dated about 2 months and just got married. We both knew from the beginning. It was like God led us to one another. Simply a miracle.
