Well, do you really need to improve your personal hygiene?
If you do, make sure you use a good anti-perspirant deodorant every day, and also keep your underarms free of hair (ie. shave or wax them) because that really reduces the smell of B.O.
Also floss your teeth before you brush them, moiturise your entire body with an oil-free moisturiser after you shower. Make sure you use a facial wash and moisturiser twice a day as well.
Perfume can be good too, just the final touch in being fresh and clean all day long!
:)

Keep your hair shampooed, and conditioned, if need be. Make sure it is well trimmed, and neat looking. Make sure all of your clothes are cleanand pressed, and use deodorant. Wash your hands often, and keep your finger nails clean and trimmed. Other than that, if you want to be a little more superficial, keep your eyebrows neat and clean looking. And the best way to keep your hygiene at a maximum is to visit your dentist twice a year, and doctor once a year! I'm glad you are concerned about your health. Have a wonderful day!

If you are worried about odor they just came out with this stuff called RePHresh. It helps balance your PH levels and you can use it after douching, sex, and your period.
Plus, You can always try Summers Eve feminine hygiene products to help you.

Your diet has a lot to do with what you perspire. You got to admit that garlic, onion and curry eaters sweat differently. Have you ever smelled your pee after you've eaten asparagus? What goes in must come out.

You can always wear body splash. It will give you a clean light scent and won't overpower you like perfume would.
