In the laundry stain remover section of your grocery store, buy a box of Carbona color run remover and follow directions. It's always worked for me.

I once washed two items together and got light blue all over my white t-shirt. I used Ritz Dye Remover and the blue came out of the t-shirt. This has to be done immediately while the item is still wet and freshly stained. If you wait until the item has dried and the dye stain is "set", it may be a lot harder, if not impossible to return item to its original state. Ritz Dye Remover is also great to use on white items that has lost some of its "whiteness" and safer than repeated bleaching and you don't have to do it often, just when the item is dulled or yellowed from bleaching. Before using any product, please check with manufacturer label of item and use product as directed.

Use cascade powder for the dish washer. Fill your sink with the hot water and dissolve about a cup of cascade in the water. Put your jeans in and let soak. Rinse them out, then you wash in you washing machine. It works I had a white shirt turn pink, its now white again. This even works when colors bleed on certain things. Good luck
