If what you say is indeed true than they are very smart for contributing to their OWN economy. We could learn alot from them
Contributing to the global economy has contributed 1000s of Americans out of jobs duh. What about our own economy?
Oh btw define what is expected? That is the problem you see. Too many countries expect .

I think if Canada fixed Canada's problems, and Zimbabwe fixed Zimbabwe's problems, the whole mess would be a lot cleaner.
Countries like the US and Canada get played all day like a cheap guitar for every penny that can be squeezed out of em. Why?
We're gullible, and we like to help people, and stuff. People in other countries like to live off that he'p, too. FOR EVER. The 'global community' can get off its' collective hiney and start working a LOT harder to fix its' own problems. A REALLY GREAT PLACE FOR THAT TO START would be the part where they stop having 38 kids per family! LOL

Actually Canada has lots of resources. It's just our military doesn't count as an industry.
