Ppl decide it so why do they blame mcdonalds for making the ppl fat.....they chose a bigmac so wut........its a burger.....do they think its carb free?????

Some people believe that they would be that fat if they were more aware of fattening their food are.Most products you buy you see exactly how much fat,cholesterol, and sugar because of the labels.For example, smoking always been bad for people but they need them to put it on labels by suing them to help people stop smoking.What's the connecting between smoking and McDonald's?They put MSG in the food.MSG is the reason why some people are fat.Look up MSG.Then you might want to sue McDonald's too.Don't get me wrong you can change your lifestyle to not be fat.By the way did you even catch that movei Super Size Me?Watch it you might learn something.

Because McDonald's have false advertising and they lied about the oil they were using. The people that sue for being fat are just trying a get rich scheme. They had the contents of the fat and calories posted at the stores now for quit some time since the oil problem

I'm with ya, i think it is soooo stupid, it's like suing a gun company after you shot yourself. No one is so dumb to realize that burgers and fries, 3x a day is going to make you fat and is going to cause health problems. eat a salad and get on the treadmill, and leave afreakin' mcdonalds, and everyother company just trying to make some money alone.

Mc Donalds doe not just make burgers. they spend millions hyping the burgers to get people to eat them.
also the same reason people rob banks.. that is where the money is. Mc Donalds has a lot of money so it is lucrative to sue them. money attracts this sort of thing.
few people ever bother to sue "Joes Burgers". it is not worth it.

they get money happy - there are always greedy lawyers that will take a scheme case just to screw a corp outa money - believe it or not lots of people have won - i think its stupid i mean you made that choice you are so right - i mean if you ordered a salad at McDonald's they didn't make you take a double quarter pounder am i right !! Same reason they sue tobacco companies. When their years of abusing finally catch up with them, they want to blame someone else for their problems and ruined health. No one holds a gun to their head and forces them to buy a cheeseburger.

It's the partially hydrogenated fats thats a poison, and that McDonalds, and other fast foods and chips etc. use in their foods to make it cheaper to manufacture.
Its a poison, and they are legally feeding it to people.
So whos the criminal.

because McDonalds is willing to settle most cases out of court to keep from having to pay huge legal fees and people are just stupid/greedy
