i am throwing a club party for my 21st bday party, what would be the perfect outfit to wear and how shld i get my hair done. i need ideas asap plz. (I am black)

A short red cocktail dress screams "I'm the center of the party", and it's great club wear. Go with cute black very high heels only if you're already good at being drunk in heels, otherwise don't go higher than 2 inches. As for hair, I don't know exactly, but probably some kind of up-do would be best.

If you have the legs for it, go for a pair or short shorts, they are hot this season, make sure your legs get a good waxing and great sheen. Wear a great pair of pumps. As far as your hair goes, pull it back yet give it some personality towards the front like pumped up right in the mid front of your hair. Wear a great pair of large earings, of course, wear a color that you get most compliments from. Happy B-day
