Your period could be goofed up from your eating habits. I'm not sure I understand what you do, do you not eat for days then eat, back and forth? Do you force yourself to vomit?

You really need to eat, not eating is going to make you very sick in the end and anorexia is nothing to mess around with, it can cause kidney problems, all sorts of health issues. Why not try to just eat healthy. Is it because you aren't hungry? or because you think you are overweight? Usually anorexics have an unhealthy picture of themselves in their mind, they look fat to themselves but really are not fat at all.

Try eating, please. Have cereal for breakfast, you can pick healthy ones like corn flakes or even a granola bar. Lunch soup and sandwich or salad, and a healthy dinner, can be meat, potato, salad or veggies, and for snacks eat fruit and veggies.

A blood test would be needed to check for anemia. If you are anemic, you would look pale, feel shakey and tired, dizzy maybe, those are symptoms I have, and I am anemic from periods that go the other way, too heavy like hemorraging. Don't take iron pills unless you are sure ok? because too much iron can be harmful, a good multivitamin daily pill can be beneficial but don't take just iron pills because you think you need it.

You may have endometriosis. I was diagnosed about a year ago and suffer from severe cramps, crazy periods (some light, some heavy; some that last only two days, others that last a week), trouble eating and other problems. My doctor put me on birth control to regulate my period and help control the pain. It doesn't deaden the pain, so he had to give me an abdominal pain killer, but overall it does do the trick.

I would speak to either your doctor or a gynocologist to see if this may be your problem. If so, it's very easy to treat and get under control. Heaven forbid it may be something more serious, so please get it checked out soon!

For the cramps, try doing about 10 crunches every day to build up the muscle - cramps come from out of shape muscles and that will help with the cramping.

You should eat when you're hungry and eat balanced meals. Aenemia is a shortage of iron, which is not uncommon in women and can be countered by taking iron, or vitamins plus iron, every day. As long as you aren't losing weight or look like a starving refugee (your bone joints standing out starkly), you're fine. If you think you're overdoing the "thin" bit, speak to your mother or a school counselor and get their opinion.

over the counter medication (Aleve) is the best medication for menstrual cramping. If you are dieting or not eating for a long period of time it can make your period slow or stop and exercise will do the same thing. The best thing to do would be to see a doctor.

I use to have cramps really bad. I would take asprin and lay on a heating pad. I heard somewhere that if you have an orgasm, it will relieve your cramps. It opens the uterus. Then I read it in a magazine. So I tried it and having an orgasm works wonders. no more cramps!!

put an ice pack on on your stomach for 15 min. at a time it will help with the cramps. you can also try percogesic . you can this off the shelf at Walmart. for your other problem, I would advise you to go talk to your doctor.

Wow...sounds really serious...you really need to get help if you even think you're anorexic. Seriously...you could die and/or cause major harm to your body. If you are anemic take an iron supplement.

Yellow to your knickers is subjective. If it is brownish yellow then sure however yellow discharge sounds infectious. When you interval is over make certain you dont see this nastiness to your drawers.
