we went out for a long time!!! and were best friends for a long time. i am to scared to call him but i want to talk him i want to go back out him i luv him so much!!!

Call him. The worst that can happen is if you don't call him and you wonder for the rest of your life what may have happened if you had called. If he isn't interested, well, at least you know. Wondering for the rest of your life isn't fun.

How long have you been apart? My advice is If you think you can call him and just be friends, call him. If you want to get back together with him and he doesn't want to be with you it could hurt you to call him. Untill you are ready to be just friends, dont call him
