I'm getting inseminated tomorrow morning and I'm curious of others who have been and their success rate for conception. Are the chances of getting pregnant very significantly increased with insemination as opposed to intercourse?

I have a very close friend who has 2 beautiful little girls from insemination. Both were conceived on first try. My niece tried 3 times but she had other problems & it never worked. My nephew's wife is due for procedure on Friday. Good luck & God bless you.

Usually the sperm is injected into the uterus so it has a head start over intercourse. The odds of getting pregnant one way or the other are still 50/50. Just never know
