i'm interested in using regular rubber stamping equipment to stamp glass but I'm afraid it will rub off.

Absolutly. You can rubber stamp anything, as long as your ink/paint is right. When using a rubber stamp, take some glass paint (stained glass paint or other) and using a paintbrush apply the paint evenly to the bottom of the stamp. If you have a steady hand, you can use more than one color. Stamp evenly and remove. Let it dry and have fun. Go to Michaels or Hobby Lobby to find the correct kind of paint that will adhere to glass.

You can stamp on glass but I think you have to use staz
on ink.

u should use permanent type of ink. it will not rub off easily

if u use gel ink it will be stamped

I think it depends on on what kind of paint you're using, but you should test it out first.
