I always walked but if your talking about walking to try to start labor, you don't need to do that until your at least 38 weeks

You need to walk the 20 minutes atleast 3 times a day. Or one 45 minute walk.

i walked throughout my pregnancy. I heard from a lot of people that it was really good for you to walk. As you get closer to your due date I walked on a reg basis (whether i really wanted to or not). Supposidly its suppose to help you get going, and help with delievery. I think what your doing is fine and don't push yourself any harder than you have to. Take the time to relax and enjoy yourself. A lot of people told me that. Its a lot harder after pregnancy to do that. Good Luck

I would talk to your OB. But if you are trying to induce labor....I would definitely wait until like 38 weeks or so..you don't want to try to push anything to soon.

Walk as much as you can. Just remember to take it slow and not on high humidity days. On those days do indoor activities. Keep hydrated.
