Gay marriages are not for any of us to judge.
Do you want to be judged for your ideals or beliefs?
No one has the right to make any law to condemn those who live a different life style just because they don't agree with them or think they are doing something wrong. Only God has that right and unless you want to go a few rounds with God about this that's fine but for now leave well enough alone and b*t*h about something that's really important, like world peace and how to obtain it without more killings and bombings and so on and so on.

As a Foster parent I have seen children who have been molested by there adoptive homes 3 children have been put in to a 3 different gay homes ,removed 2 months later because the child was touched in a wrong way ,the other 5 months same thing and the last one was 1 year later and was severely molested ,and as a Catholic I am ashamed of some of our priests who went in for the wrong reason, Some Priests have admitted that they are gay .All people have the same right to marry,Man And Women

Too many people find excuses to complain about gay marriage and how it will destroy society. What is destroying society is the crime and sex presence in everything on the media and how the porn is twisting young minds. Although I'm not gay I believe two consenting adults should be able to do what they want. The morality of the country started its decline when WWII put all the young men away from their families and the females in the work force. Just as the major ideas of controlling sex offenders is out of pace with reality so is the fears of gay marriages. The recent rape and murder in South Carolina shows how useless the registry is. People need to protect themselves and their children not count on the society to do it.

Because GAY marriage is like DARK sunshine.
It doesn't exist.
The very DEFINITION of MARRIAGE precluded it from being GAY.
Sorta like a BLACK & WHITE Rainbow.
To let these FREAKS in on our institution is like letting GIRLS - join the BOY SCOUTS.
And if we do CHANGE the defination to suit these people who don't belong... then... why stop there!
How about making it legal to wed a 60 year old guy and his 8 year old neice.
Or A man and his dog...or a woman and her horse...
How about let's get 6 guys together and call them "MARRIED"
No... The institution of marriage is for the RAISING of CHILDREN and the creation of FAMILIES... PRODIGY...
LOOK... I have no problem with a "CIVIL UNION"... so that a guy can have the same rights of INHERITANCE, or to make medical decisions as married people... BUT That's NOT marriage.
Just look at the body is put together... TAB a goes into SLOT B...
that's how nature inteneded it...
TO have TAB A going into TAB B's B-u-t-t is unnatural.
I get, You love who you love... but JOIN THE SPECIAL OLYMPICS guys... don't put a "slow" category in the REAL OLYMPICS.

People get twisted about the most insignificant things. the only the a same-sex marriage will do is allow more people to have the same legal protections under the law.
If two men want to marry, let them, same with women. I am too busy trying to live my own life to try to dictate to others how they should live their own. We should stop think of people as a sex act and start treating all people equally.
I would prefer my child be gay and an upright honest trust worthy person, than have them be hetero and be dishonest, thieving, abusing slime.

Because it is a stand against changing something that is integral to society and order. We've watched respect for religion, family, decency, and tradition slowly become eroded by militant gays, feminists, ACLU types. There has to be a line drawn somewhere. Common sense tells you that marriage is for a man and a woman, reproduction of the species, and bringing order in society. Now look at San Fransisco. Does the phrase "never the twain shall meet" come to mind?

This is one that really gets me also. It's in fact a non-issue. The Republicans like to bring up non-issue items when they have nothing but failure to show for being in Office. Of course you already know Republicans hate gays and lesbians right?
Another one is flag burning, they like that one also.
republicans waste $2 trillion in Iraq and get 2489 brave Americans Killed and 15,000 wounded for no good reason and they bring up Flag Burning as the "major" issue of debate.
BTW, the hatred of gays and lesbians is very, very strong in the Party of "Compassion and great wisdom", Republicans.
In the end it is GOD who will judge all men, not Republicans.
In the end according to my Bible and my religion "there is room for all at the cross" all are washed by the blood of Christ, ALL.
Christ hung on the Cross by a Thief and when Christ was almost dead he said "Father forgive them".

Stanley you are ignorant!!1 How can you compare gay marriage to a 60 year old marrying an 8 year old??? Gay marriages would be between 2 CONSENTING adults!! I also cannot believe that you are comparing human beings to animals!!!! Get a life and mind your own damn business!

Some religious people believe that marriage was ordained by God to be between a Man and Woman and they consider that to be very sacred, So Gay marriage to them is kind of taking what they hold to be sacred and throwing it out the door.
