3 months they can produce real tears

My daughter is 5 months old and for about the last month her eyes will get real watery when she gets really upset...Just this last week she had one little tear that ran down her face it was so sad it almost made me cry.

about 4 months i think. cant remember exactly when my son first cried tears

newborn..unless problems with tear ducts..from the very moment they are born.
