The age of concent in most states is 16. So I'd say 16 at the earliest. I was 17.
Edit: I'm not a christian, so I don't need to follow rules of what's a sin and what isn't.

There's no perfect age! Your first time making love must be a real desire from you, not your partner, not society! But at the same time, you need to be a responsible person because you need to think about protection! You know losing one's virginity is making love/having sex (with risks).

Well there are 2 prefect ages.
1) When your heart says you are ready, not just your brain and body.
2) When you get married or find thre right one for you.
You need to also ask yourself this question.
Should i give my elegant private part away to this human? If so why?

the age is not important your maturity level and how willing you are to accept the responsibilities of an adult relationship. Sex is only a sin when you do not enjoy it!

When you are in love and married. Yes, the Bible tells us that sex before marriage is wrong and is a sin. God intends for us to remain faithful to one person for life. Saving yourself for your spouse is a gift to them.

The perfect age would be 8 years old. No, I don't think premarital sex is wrong neither, obviously.
