ok me and alot of friend went water skiing and this guy takes a lot of pic of me then he wonts me to hang on to him from the back and put my arms around him to hang on then he is tuching my hands like even if he move them for a sec.. they are right back on my hands..but here is another thing he is a bit older then me he is 36..do u think that he likes me or what...PLEASE TELL

depends what 'a bit' older means. if he's a lot older (4+ years)than that's not okay. make sure you feel comfortable with him. and yeah, it seems like he is interested in you for whatever reason (may be just for sex, so be careful)

I guess it all depends in your age...if you are under 18..then that is just plain icky....if you are older and emotionally mature...to me age really doesn't matter. But to answer your question without getting too long winded...YES...he likes you.
