No, you have about 5 liters of blood in your body. When blood is donated to you it is usually just one pint per person. One pint of blood is only .4 liters, that is a very small amount.
Your body is constantly recycling this blood, it is being filtered and diluted, so eventually the blood donated to you gains your DNA and becomes yours totally.

hmm...yea u r sort of blood related to them. but ven v say v r blood related to sum1 v don't mean it in d literal sense. v mean v r related to dem and have common ancestors. otherwise all ppl wid d same blood group wud b 'blood related' with each oder.

no your only related by your dna, not by giving blood to another person or receiving blood, it would make you "blood brothers or sister" if you wanna look at it that way, your would be connected forever but only by blood, no actual relation

it doesn't change their DNA, but your blood will flow through their veins, so your not related to them, persay. but it is somewhat of a connection i guess, but if a test for DNA was done, you would have no connection to them. so you have no way of knowing who your blood saved or was given to. unfortunately...and figures, it's Green Day fan...
