BAD the first time, but you get used to it after awhile. Try taking tylenol/advil an hour before, and hold a washcloth with ice in it to numb the area every time you spread the wax on.

it doesn't hurt that bad, when you do a small area like your eyebrows, but if you were to do your arms or legs...it'll kill you! lol it also depends on people, if you can take pain or not.

that depends on where. legs, not so bad. between the legs, holy crap! you'll cry and scream, i swear. but, afterwards, it's kinda nice being so smooth.
