It is called Mahjong. It is quite complicated. It is best to read a book on it. There are many different styles of play depending on where you live. In Japan they play one way. In Philippines they play a different way.

All you have to do is match the tiles up till you clear the board. Its fun and easy to play. Very time consuming.
