I used to be the biggest fan ever of the Simpsons, but I can not bare to watch the new ones anymore. However, I found futurama slightly amusing and I felt it was yet to hit its prime, like the Simpsons at this stage, but these days a tv show has to start in its prime before it makes the cut, or it has to be a stupid reality show that involves people, or a favourite with the old daytime biddys.
I'm not a tv addict, I don't watch much tv at all, all i watch these days is the world cup matches and that's it.
Well... what do you think anyway?

The Simpsons used to be very good, but right now the new episodes are barely watchable. Futurama was new and fresh and should not have been taken off. However, they should not have always pre-empted it. Because of this, it was quite difficult to find it on TV. But there is good news: Fox is planning to make some Futurama direct-to-DVD movies, though they haven't officially confirmed it yet. It has been pretty well confirmed by Matt Groening.

Futurama shouldn't have been canceled!
My mind's mixed up about the Simpsons. It's already 18 years old. Why not go for 20? But the show is getting old and cliche.

A lot of people agree with you, even the writers of the Simpsons. They are making Futurama movies now, however, and even a Simpsons one, but I don't know of any announced end to the Simpsons yet.

they should have kept futurama around, i still watch it on adult swim. and no, i dont think they should cancel the simpsons.

eww are you talking about FOX? i hate fox. they cancelled arrested development. now that was the best show ever. and they cancelled it! FoX just doesnt know how to advertise shows. tehy just end up cancelling them because no one knows about it and them some other tv station ends up picking it back up and everyone loves it. jsut like family guy. i hate fox. i love a.d
