Take two q-tips and gently squeeze the zit, or you can just use your hands, which really hurts!

Depends on your skin. Sometimes if I feel one coming on I dab it with alcohol but this is very drying so you have to be very careful about that. But sometimes it stops them from forming.
Careful of tweezers, you can damage the skin and cause scarring. Don't squeeze and pick at any zit without a head on it.
Proactive by mail is a very good system but it is on the expensive side for some people. It is around $45 every couple to three months when you are a member but in my experience there is enough for two or three people in the box.
Use a good cleansing/skincare system to help prevent them from forming. Keep hands away from your face, they tend to carry a lot of germs which can contribute to acne. Soap is too drying and can sometimes cause the skin to produce excessive oil which makes the acne worse so it is best to use a cleanser besides soap.
If you have a lot of them or they are large and causing scarring or really bother you perhaps seeing a dermatologist for prescription treatment is advised.

the best thing is to not overload on products because the zit will just get angry with you and get dry and crusty and look even worse! if you want to get rid of the redness take some "cleareyes" eyedrops (yes that's right) and apply it to your zit with a q-tip...voila! it "get's the red out" of zits too!!!! if you want the puffiness of it to go down, crush an asprin and mix it with a little bit of water to make a nice little paste. apply a dab of it for 10-15 minutes and then rinse it off. you might want to apply a light moisturizer after as the asprin can dry it out. i've used these tricks for prom and other big occasions, and they work! you've got my word on it! an over the counter spot treatment that works well overnight is by clean and clear and it's called "persa-gel". it usually gets the zit down considerably by the next day. but don't combine the asprin and the clean and clear, you'd be begging for it to peel...the cleareyes is mild and won't dry your skin at all though...hope it helps!

Toothpaste!
the pastey kind not gel
just rub some on every night or whenever..i even out it on under my makeup because it helps reduce redness..the toothpaste helps the swelling to go down and for the zit to form a head faster so u can pop it and itll be ok...it dries it out gradually
i so it all the time now!
really works for nodules!

Was your face throughly...If its a white head..pop it with sanitized hands..(was them or it will get infected!)...get rubbing alcohol..and put some on the zit.it could bleed so just keep tapping with a cotton ball or qt tip w/ alcohol. Before you go to bed put toothpaste on it.
If its just a red bump you can do the same but dont pop it..it will leave a mark or pop ubder the skin which leads to more pimples and a huge red bump on your face.
To reduce redness...get a hot washcloth and pat the bump.
To prevent.. regular face wash twice a day and witch hazel works great!

the secret it
1) wash your face in warm water with a cleansing wash (daily)
2) use a face mask to open up your pores (Once a week)
3) Use a cleanser and toner (daily)
4) Moisturise (daily)
keep on top of this and your skin will clear up, if you get the odd spot here and there try using tea tree oil on it which is a natural astringent this works like a charm

Dab of honey on each one, with a tiny band aide.
Do this right before bedtime and remove in the morning. Wash face gently, no picking because it spreads the bacteria. Do it every night until cleared up. Good Luck!!

Daily wash your face with a scrunchy (or other semi-abrasive medium), using a body wash. Then, apply Sea-breeze. You'll feel fresh, and, before you know it, the zits will stop appearing!

Go to a doctor. Ask him about your options. Tetracycline has been used very effectively in the past as has many of the products mentioned above.
