I knew this guy for six years and we are good friends. It has never been sexual up until now. I know that he does not think that I am dirty. ( it was his first sexual experience) .What does this mean? Will this change our friendship? I feel really bad what should I do?

you shouldn't feel bad for yourself just him , ask him why if that good of friends then you will be able to work it out

Only thing it means is that the guy got sick. Had nothing to do with you.
He was feeling sick, but he (like most guys) couldn't pass up a B.J. from you. Take it as a compliment.
By the way, were drugs or liquor involved? Bad food maybe? Could have been anything.....

If you caught him with your teeth as you were finishing up, the pain might have caused him to throw up, but most likely he would have let you know if that happened. Yes, this might change your friendship, but it doesn't necessarily have to be for the worst. Try not to make him feel bad about what happened.

No it wont change the friendship at all.......giving your best friends oral sex is run of the mill normal.....You feel bad....well....couldnt you have given him a piece of gum or a hallmark card to show your appreciation?
